Manager – Talent Resourcing is responsible to attract and hire the best and most qualified candidates for a job opening, shortlisting of candidates, and conducting interviews. Also, the incumbent is responsible to assist in managing the recruitment process in a transparent and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

Supervise section team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization’s recruitment strategy to ensure that staffing needs are met.

Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that the recruitment and selection process operates effectively.

Supervise and conduct the job analysis procedure and develop the updated job descriptions for all positions in the organization.

Coordinate and collect manpower requirements from all departments.

Identify the gaps, and Develop the talent resourcing strategy in order to meet the short – term and long – term staffing needs of the corporation.

Obtain all necessary approvals for initiating recruitment drives.

Supervise the process for the placing of advertisements for all internal and external vacancies.

Create pool of candidates, Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Supervise shortlisting of candidates as per the requirements and approved policies, Coordinate with Testing Agencies for conducting written test of shortlisted candidates.

Arrange Interviews and ensure complete documentation/arrangements.

Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs.

Provide support in carrying out recruitment process in a transparent manner at all levels.

Issue offer letters to selected candidates followed by medical.

Design and execute on-boarding and orientation process for newly recruited employees and follow necessary guidelines to make employees aware of necessary policies and procedures.

Ascertain the management of personal files of all new employees as well as ensure verification of credentials.

Commission research in the field of talent resourcing and change to ensure that the organization implements policies and approaches that will improve operational effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
-
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in HR / Business / Public Administration from reputed university recognized by HEC.

In case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, the short-listed candidates shall be required to submit the equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission (HEC) at the time of interview.

Age:
-
Maximum 35 years as on the last date of submission of application to PSPC.

Experience:
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role.
